About Me
Hello! My name is Brody Dolbeare, and I am a Senior at Pleasant Hill High School. I am currently the starting Quarterback for our high school football team, but I am also involved in Basketball, Track & Field, NHS, FFA, and Student Council. After high school, I fully intend to go to college however I do not know what career I want to pursue yet. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, although I am not very good at it! I joined Pike CEO to meet new people and try new things.
Brody Dolbeare's DISC Profile
You have no problem accepting the credit or taking the blame for results (e.g., "The buck stops here.") • You always prefer to be in control, which can make you reluctant to delegate sufficiently. • You like new approaches and take an inquisitive and open attitude toward change. • You are very resourceful and can adapt quickly and easily. • The higher the stress, the less you are likely to hear and the more you are likely to act or command. • Your decision-making style is a rapid and straight-forward one.
• You seek freedom of speech and the ability to express ideas and opinions openly. • You suffer from a fair amount of procrastination when it comes to tasks that require you to work with too many details all by yourself. • You are gregarious and outgoing with most everyone you meet. • You express or talk about your emotions openly on the up-side or down-side. • You tend to not be very organized or attentive to details at all. • You can be extremely persuasive.
You can multitask fairly well. • You are comfortable acting alone to determine the best course of action. • You bring a metered sense of urgency to get things done now, but not without some planning and thought. • You like being mobile and on the go, but you like a home base to return to from time to time. • You appreciate the need of others to have more freedom and less structure. • You prefer a moderately structured environment, not too much - not too little.
To you, rules are guidelines, not concrete. • You can easily work independently when it comes to completing tasks and assignments. • You are practical and realistic. • You are persistent in trying to get a message across, even in the midst of resistance. • You are fine with change when it is clear how it will improve efficiency. • To you, the end usually justifies the means.
